Adrienne is doing 6 shows a week as it has always been. She is scheduled out on the Wednesday and Saturday matinee as it has been since the beginning of the Broadway mounting.Her attendance has been quite good since the show started. Keep in mind, she hurt her ankle back in the middle of December and then came back after missing a total of 2 shows. She then presumably missed a few shows due to her ankle her again earlier this month (week of 1/6 - she posted something about a procedure/healing...

Something Rotten and Side Show are my favorite ones! I haven't listened to Fun Home yet.. trying to keep that one a surprise for when I see it.

Hopefully it comes out on the 23rd like they said. Not really a fan of the other album they put out this past week... with all of the pop sounding numbers.

Hope Kelli is okay!! Glad to see they're honoring exchanges for those who are only able to see it once. I'm sure Betsy is fantastic, though.

^Alyssa did not suffer an asthma attack... She did not even go on for the opening night in Atlanta. She stated that her allergies were acting up, which prevented her from being able to properly sing the score.

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announced this morning that Matilda would be coming to Pittsburgh from 5/31/16-6/12/16. The rest of the season for Pittsburgh is being announced on February 26th.

I think the Elphaba standby usually leaves right after No Good Deed.

Alison Luff would sing it well, but she's too young for the role. She's only 25/26 years old and the role is a 40 year old woman. I'd love to see her to it, but she isn't right for it at the moment. Plus, she's on Broadway in Matilda, which she is perfect in her role as Miss Honey.

Carmen and Heidi are both awesome choices^

Alan Shaw is playing Joly starting 2/17.

Based on Eden's last run as Elphaba in San Francisco, I don't think playing this role would be a smart decision for her. I think Jackie Burns is best fit for the tour.

^It does sound like a challenge, but they've done a few 5 show weekends on Broadway before already!

Tour schedules are **usually** Tuesday-Thursday at 7:30, Friday at 8, Saturday at 2 and 8 and then Sunday at 1:00 and 6:30. Not every tour follows this schedule exactly, but it's pretty standard.

Bradley Benjamin is on as Catherine for the matinee today, 1/25/15.

Saw the show last night and again tonight. Really great company.. everyone was fantastic. I think the highlight of the show and definitely one of the strongest cast members was Kristine Reese as Catherine. She's hysterical, beautiful, believable and has such a pretty voice. The chemistry that she has with Sam Lips is remarkable. It's really sweet and charming to see the two of them work together. Both of her songs were some of the standouts of the show, especially Ordinary Kind of Woman. Her ...

The only principles not consistent with the opening night credits at the moment are Sam Lips as Pippin, Priscilla Lopez as Berthe, and Molly Tynes as Fastrada who is temporarily filling in for Sabrina Harper. Sam and Priscilla start tomorrow night and Molly has been with the touring company for a little under a week now.
