He's Australian and amazingly talented. Not only was he nominated for an Olivier award for origniating Tony Manero, but he was also in a film called "Bootmen" which loosely told the story of the dance troop, Tapdogs. Adam Garcia, tight wifebeater, tap dancing... on big pieces of metal. The movie was released in Australia, but I rented it somewhere back in 2001 so I know you can find it in the states.

hahaha there is also an unrated version of Coyote Ugly on dvd (just fyi)...where that scene in the bedroom is extended .

If it wasn't official beforehand, Australians are definitely taking over the West End...and I LOVE it.

Chelsea Plumbley (also an Aussie and the sweetest woman on the planet) was being seriously considered and trialed for Glinda. So, here's hoping...

There was some talk of Adam Garcia doing DIRTY DANCING in the West End just a few months ago, obviously the better show won.

Didn't he originally go to the UK with HOT SHOE SHUFFLE ? I think so. He is much prettier than Idina!
