Adam Pascal Opening Night in Memphis

LFazin - were you at the Nov 3rd show? (My post about the stagedoor was after midnight, so technically it's dated the 4th... but I went on Thursday the 3rd)

They all came out that night at the Shubert Alley stagedoor where there were barricades set up.

Row AA is listed as partial view due to the height of the stage. For anyone that has sat there, did you miss anything? I've seen the show twice, and can't think of anything that would be missed.
I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

The stage is pretty high, and I found the front row there to be a strain on my neck, but I wasn't bothered by the minor obstruction from the height. You'll miss feet at a few points as you would in the front row of most theaters but it's not a big deal other than the discomfort.

I had to lift my head to see the brick on the floor and to see Felicia's brother's scar, but that was all I missed in the front row. I've had far worse partial view.

Vagabond Anarchist: Nope, we were at the Nov. 6 show and we were at the Shubert Alley stage door. A barricade was there but two ensemble members came out, no one else!! It was the only show of the day too. Odd.

The only reason I have not seen Memphis again is because I could not cope with Chad's "southern accent"/speech impediment/whatever that was (but I LOVED his singing and overall character interpretation). I was born and raised in Texas so it drove me NUTS to hear that strange Australian-deaf-auctioneer accent situation. I am going to see it again next month and I hope Adam's accent is not as distracting. Also...my cat is named Roger after Adam's RENT character so I might just the littlest bit biased :)
