Has Adam Pascal come out the stage door in previous shows such as Memphis, because I have heard he hasn't, but I am seeing Chicago and I am wondering if he'll come out of the stage door afterwards.

Depends on his mood. Sometimes he will, sometimes he won't.
I believe he doesn't always stage door since he wants to get home to his kids.

Hit and miss, but if you get him he's really lovely. (Of course, some people seem to think said hit-and-miss-ness negates the lovely and makes him a terrible human being, but that's an argument we see more than enough of). Good luck, and have fun.
I've never seen him be anything other than extremely kind at the stage door. A really sweet guy.
I agree with what others are saying. I met him once, not at a stage-door and he was very kind then too. However, I've never heard of a time he came out a stage-door. If I were you I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.
During the final Broadway tour of RENT, I just happened to be at the side door he left the building from (as he was not stage dooring at all at that time). He was so generous and super friendly. He was in a baseball hat to hide his shockingly bright blond hair. He and I walked and talked for about 1/2 a block. No one else realized it was him.
I hope you manage to meet him. He is great, and it will be a memory you cherish.
A friend of mine met him at Rent, also at the side door, and asked him for a photo and autograph. He was very sweet to her and took the photo, but said something to the effect of "Just walk with me down the block first, I don't want to be here for an hour".
I met him at the stage door after Aida and he was very nice and was only to happy to sign my Playbill.

I met him a few years back after a concert he and Anthony Rapp were doing. He was extremely sweet, but I felt terrible for him because all of these crazed fangirls were screaming and demanding he take a picture with him even though he politely refused multiple times. Needless to say he didn't stay out very long, but before he went back inside he posed for one photo with a disabled girl who had attended the concert. He is a very sweet and compassionate guy, he just doesn't like a hundred people screaming in his ear for a picture or autograph. I don't blame him.
I don't either, especially having seen over the years how out of hand things can get. I've seen some situations around those two get straight up dangerous. On one hand, it's hard for me to blame kids for being kids, but I also think it's the kind of thing where if people were able to maintain a little bit more composure it might be less overwhelming (which, having been on the other side, it absolutely is).
The sense I have always gotten from Adam, since I was just a stupid-ass kid myself, is that if you're polite and respectful to him, he will be nothing but sweet right back. And that shouldn't be difficult, no matter how excited you are.
(Look at my old age talking.)
