I just got back from seeing "School of Rock". The movie was really cute. I was very excited at the beginning because Adam singing even during the credits and I thought he would hopefully have a pretty big role. He was in the first five minutes quite a bit, then he disappeared until the very end
But, it was a good part (too small though) and we can hear/see him sing on the big screen! Has anyone else seen the movie yet?

I love watching him in SLC Punk, so funny.

Hey,
Im actually in the Battle Of The Bands Scene as an extra. It was fun watching Adam and Jack Black for 2 days of the shoot. The band is actually his real band, and the song used is one he wrote.

The band is actually whose real band and the song is actually a song who wrote?
Awesome Renee....I bet that was fun!
Adam's band and Adam's song.
Really, because he wasn't listed anywhere in the credits as songwriter Renee. It was a small role with about 10 minutes screen time, tops. The movie was funny though. I took my nephew who's 14 and he loved it.
Also, again I beg to differ about that being his "real band". One of his bandmates is an actor named Lucas Paparellis(sp) who's been on episodes of Law and Order and such. I don't think he's one of Pascal's bandmates. I think they're actors.

Yep. I've got the original cast recording, excuse me, I mean soundtrack right here in my hands. The first song that Adam sings is called "Fight" and the song was co-written by Warren Fitzgerald and Mike White (the smarty who wrote the movie) and the second song, "Heal Me, I'm Heartsick" is the power ballad, was written by Craig Wedren.
oh well...was just going by what I heard on set.
Thanks as usual, Namo! LOVE YOU!
