I know these aren't exactly everyone's favorite genre of thread, but nevertheless I must ask a seating-related question. Just so you know, I already searched both Google and tried using the search feature here, all to no avail. One thread mentioned that when The Little Mermaid was in the Lunt-Fontanne, there was a Disney on Broadway site that let you see the view from each seat. Unfortunately, that has since been removed since The Addams took residence.

I'm wondering if the front row is too close for this show. Since no discounts seem to exist yet (with it doing so well, I'm not surprised), I am going to have to pay full price when I visit NY in two weeks. The seat I am being offered is Row A, Seat 101. At first I jumped for joy, since I know the show is doing really well and didn't expect such a good seat this close to the dates I need. Now I'm wondering if, perhaps, it's not such a great seat after all.

Anyone feel like helping? Once again, Center Orch. A101.

Thanks!

I haven't personally sat their but I remember for Mermaid that where the student rush seats were and people were complaining b/c it was too close and the stage was kinda high

Thanks for the help, tking001. I'm kind of assuming it's partial view, but I don't really get why they would sell those for full price. I know it's selling well, but so is a show like Wicked, which has their front row set aside for student rush.

I had absolutely no problem with front row for Addams, and I was on the side.

ljay889, I kind of want to climb through the computer screen and give you a hug. Thank you so much for your Addams-specific response. You rock! :)

No problem! The set is MASSIVE, but I loved being that close. It was worth it, in my opinion.
