I am very sorry for this post but I have been googling for the addresses of the theatres and keep getting the addresses for the box offices? I am very confused is that the same thing? These are the shows we are looking to write. If someone could please help that would be great!

Yes, the box office is located INSIDE the theatre so the address is the same. This address also applies to ALL things going to the theatre, even letters sent to actors, making deliveries to the stage door, etc.
Address your letters to actors like this:
