When I put in best available tickets for Spelling Bee, I get tickets that are on the side of the stage. Does that take away from the experience at all?

I am positively not a big Phantom fan. Thanks for the suggestion though.

The Gershwin seating is amazing. My friend sat in the last row and loved it, I sat front row and loved it. The view sin't a problem, just far back, its a very large theatre.

Why not try for a Partial View ticket? I have seen Wicked many, many times and I always buy a $55 partial view seat in the front row. You really don't miss anything of importance.

I actually have updated my trip a bit and have actually have a few things set in stone:
Monday night: U2 at Madison Square Garden
Wednesday matinee: Wicked (I got the Row V Tickets)
That leaves me with:
Sat night: lotto to something (it would cut it to close for me to definatley buy tickets to something)
Sunday matinee:
Sunday evening:
Tuesday evening:
Wednesday evening:
I am definately going to see Dirty Rotten Scoundrels one of those nights.
Others on my short list are: Producers, Light in the Piazza, Hairspray, Avenue Q, 25th Annual Putnum County Spelling Bee, Sweeney Todd.

when are you going?
I'm kind of a sweat pant, t-shirt, no make-up type of girl. So once a year, I can get spiffy.

Yeah, I am holding out for Sweeney Todd tickets. I also wanted to see The Odd Couple, but that is a hopeless cause unless you want to go to a broker.
It is pretty creepy, but it'd be awesome to see Patti Lupone.

yeah when we had to do reports for music class in elementary school and my friend and i picked Sweeney Todd. I thought it sounded cool even if it does kinda creep me out
