Advice needed about selling tickets

I bought single, full-price orchestra tickets to Grace and Glengarry Glen Ross for Saturday and Sunday matinee (mid-November), respectively. Something just came up, and I won't be able to make it to the city that weekend. So, I need some advice about what to do...Questions:

1) How likely is it that Telecharge will exchange or return them?
2) I have a feeling I could sell the ticket to Glengarry Glen Ross at close to face value. Not so confident about Grace...What is the best way of going about this?
3) Any one on this board interested in these tickets??
