So i think this might have been discussed before by others, but i accidently booked Hedwig and After Midnight on the same night- now After Midnight is at 8 and Hedwig is at 10. it is my understand that they are both around a hour and a half- is that correct? if so, do ya'll think it would be possible to see After Midnight and then Run to Hedwig?

I would say you better book it out of there the minute that curtain call starts but After Midnight has one of the coolest curtain calls I've seen on Broadway :p

We did After Midnight at 8 and Hedwig at 10 the first week of May. It was a little tight, but there was plenty of time to get from one theatre to the other, and we did stay for the entire curtain call at After Midnight. Unless you have mobility issues, you should be fine. And honestly, those two shows together were one of the best nights of theatre I have ever had. Have fun. :)

I did this same thing in May. Except I saw Lady Day at 8, got out at 9:30 and ran to Hedwig and was there in plenty of time. It was a crazy day for me as I saw Sutton in Violet at 2, Audra as Billie at 8 and Neil as Hedwig at 10. So much talent in one day.

And totally doable! Have fun!

I would go online and map out the most direct route. Luckily, After Midnight gets out before most other shows in the district, so you shouldn't have to contend with a lot of pedestrian traffic. But the Belasco is pretty far east, so you have to take that into consideration. Have fun!

We're doing something similar, but not with as tight a turnaround. We're going to see GG at 3:00 on a Sunday and then Hedwig at 7:00 on the same day. Maps says that the theaters are a little less than a half mile apart; the ninety minutes, I think, should be more than enough to grab some street food and get to our seats.

Speaking of...any great sidewalk vendors in the Broadway district? I don't recall ever seeing any.

I did it this same thing two days ago and had no problem making it - even with a middle orchestra seat for After Midnight (and a slow filtering crowd). Even had time to stop for a snack at the corner of 44th before entering Hedwig. You should have no problem - even with crazy summer crowds clogging the side streets.

Allowed me to do my first ever 3 show Saturday!
