Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the major agencies do not accept unsolicited submissions.
To clarify, William Morris/Endeavor, ICM, UTA, and CAA do not take submissions. The only ways you can get a meeting with them is by having numerous film, tv or theatre credits and/or an industry/celebrity endorsement. Some of the smaller agencies might have different policies. Not sure if they still publish The Dramatists Sourcebook, but if so, pick up a copy. It will help you figure out who will and will not take your submissions.

It is a pity that the best talent stays on the sideline because of this tunnel vision of many agents.
If I were an agent I would insist on receiving submissions.

What's telsey and co? Is that a casting agency or an agent? I always see people thanking them in their bios.

I hear you but this is generally company policy and there is also a liability issue here. There have been lawsuits in the past from writers who submitted unsolicited material to agents and years later, a movie or tv show appears with a similar plot line as the unsolicited submission.

Bernie Telsey is one of the biggest casting agents in New York. Telsey and Company is his agency.

Sending any office unsolicited materials is just going to be a huge waste of your time and money. If you want to make it on Broadway, move to New York and start auditioning at open calls and submitting yourself on Actors Access. If you're meant to be on Broadway, they will find you. It's a lot more hard work and patience than it is talent.
