Ahrens and Flaherty mailed response success?

Hi all! I was thinking about mailing my Dessa Rose Playbill to the mailing address that Ahrens and Flaherty have listed on their website but I was hoping someone on here has gotten a response from them through that address. I obviously want to make sure I'll get my Playbill back. Any success stories out there?

Ahh - found this on their website, guess I will give it a try
