Alice Griffin Theater Seating Question

Has anyone sat front row here and can comment on the view? I was thinking about buying front row for The Whirlgig as they are significantly cheaper, but labeled partial view. Thanks.

The front row at this theater isn't always partial view, so I imagine it is something specific to the production's set design that makes the front row partial view this time around.

"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe." -John Guare, Landscape of the Body

I sat front row for The Death of the Last Black Man... and the view was very good. The stage isn't that high so you shouldn't have a problem. (For reference, I'm only 5'1 and didn't feel like I had to strain my neck.)

Of course, I don't know how far upstage The Whirligig set will extend. The Death... was primarily played downstage.

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.
