You are posting an unofficial and partial cast list. What's the point?

But I'm sure they have other things to worry about since the fire yesterday.

This was in their newsletter this week! So I guess Jen is confirmed.



As for the fire ... just talked to a friend who is there for the summer and she said it was not really a fire. A piece of soft scenery touched a light and smouldered during the show setting off the alarms. The show was stopped for a bit while the situation was handled and then went on.

I don't know why everyone is having an issue with Jen Cody playing Natalie at a regional production of ASU. She's almost exactly my height (4'11" - and I know because I asked her at the Shrek stage door) and Jenn Gamby, original Natalie on Broadway in 2005, is only a few inches taller than I am. It looked just as ridiculous to have Jenn Gamby dress as a man, I think, but she sang and moved in that role perfectly. My favorite, and most memorable Natalie, was Julie Reiber - who at maybe 5'7 or so, was much more believable. But, what's wrong Jen Cody playing that role, especially regional?

Since the role of Dennis has already been cast, I would assume Karr is playing Dean.

The cast list for this show makes me so sad I'm not working there backstage this year. A lot of familar names on there!
