We did the Rush on 10/15/22 (Saturday). We were the first ones in line and we arrived to the theater at 7:43 am. By 8:00, the second person came to the line. By 9:00, five people in line, 9:30 seven people, and at 10:00, 18 people were in line. We were getting tickets for the matinee show. When it was time for us to purchase tickets, you had the option of getting partial view tickets for $40 or full view tickets for $59. We chose the full view tickets. The partial view seats were far right side orchestra, the first three rows. For full view, our seats were right side orchestra, Row P, Seats 18 and 20. I did walk down to the partial view seat area for a look, and yes it was partial view. However, from what I could see, if you choose those seats, you will not be missing any of the main action on the stage. Row P in the Jacobs Theater is the second from the last row. A little far, but a clear view of everything. We thought the show was wonderful and we enjoyed watching this. We did stage door afterwards and Chris Wood (Russell Hammond) and Casey Likes (William Miller) were so gracious signing Playbills and taking photos! It was a good day of theater and I would recommend this show if you like rock and roll themed musicals.

Oh hey!!! I was third in line on Saturday! I got tickets for the 8 pm show. I opted for the Partial View. They were Row G all the way on the left side. We could see just about everything on stage except that the box and lights affixed to it perfectly blocked Chris Woods' head during the "Golden God" scene.
The tiered rush is so interesting to me. The Jacobs is the only theatre I have seen that done at, first with Company and now with this show. Curious if anyone has seen it done elsewhere!

What Row were you in? I am going to be in town on November 10th for the matinee and debating on getting tickets in advance or just trying my luck with rush. It looks like all the $155 and lower seats are still available but interested in knowing which specific "partial view" seats are good in case I decide to go ahead and buy.
Thanks

Anyone rush lately? Considering going sooner than later after the reviews came out.

Has anyone rushed the show recently? My 13yr old niece is coming in from Maryland just to see it (she's in love with Chris Wood, lol) and I'd love to get rush tickets for us but also kind of terrified she'll get here and it turns out nothing is available. (Also terrified he'll be out, but that's outside my control!) Any updated info would be a big help, thanks!
