Since its officially on the forum, I figure its safe to announce.
Tyler Maynard is not renewing his contract for Altar Boyz and will be leaving along with Daniel Torres on July 10th. It will be a sad sad day at Dodgers.
omg that makes me sad! I will have to go see it again soon then.
wow why are they leaving so soon?
They're probably leaving because they want to move on to other projects. Also, in Tyler's case, I think that he's concerned about blowing out his voice. His part is by far the most demanding of the five, and he was struggling not too long ago with the vocals.
im gonna cry so hard...im tryign to get tix to that night
this show is strenuous on each and every one of the 7 Altar Boyz. i'm inconceivably crushed that they are "breaking up the (original) band," but i'm so thrilled that this show was able to showcase each of them and allow them to go on to grander projects. please don't forget us loyal fans when you make it big(ger), Boyz! *choke* are you so quick to go solo after all?! hahaha xoxoxo
back to the topic at hand. is anyone on the board going to the chicago audition? i am dying to go myself...just to check it out.
8ball: i've been to the show 10 times now and never saw you!! ahhh!! LOL

I imagine Maynard, who got some of the best reviews of any performer in a musical this season, wants to take advantage of other opportunties that might be coming his way due to those reviews.
