Well, probably not. A lot of people who live out of the NY area haven't seen it. I've seen it 18 times though so I don't count.

yo, it's all good. it sucks to be me, too. one'a these days when i'm not running around like a chicken w/ no head...then i will see it....but I'll probably just make that my excuse to be by the Phantom stage door in the same alley for when hugh panaro comes out half an hour later...

my parents won't get me the cast recording for Christmas! I was making my Christmas list and my brother was like, "oh, Avenue Q is bad. I heard it's just like an x-rated sesame street. don't get it for her!" so, no, you're not the only one.
Ways to annoy people:
Arrive at a meeting late, say you're sorry, but you didn't have time for lunch, and you're going to be nibbling during the meeting. Then eat raw potatoes.
Ask people what gender they are,or
Disagree strongly with everything anybody says:)

I'm pretty sure if I were younger (as in, I was 19. If I were 15 or younger) I wouldn't have been allowed to see it.

X-rated? Please. Yes, the CD has a parental advisory sticker, and you might not want to take the advice of "You Can Be As Loud As the Hell You Want" when you're playing said song. But I was sitting next to parents with their teenage daughters when I went, and they all loved it.
And Amneris- go see it! The Golden is so tiny you won't have a bad time if you get rear mezz tickets.

Im with paradox and musetta on this one. It sucks to be us! My friends flew 14 hours to see it. Absoloutely friggen LOVED it!!

No you are not the only one who hasnt seen it... cuz I haven't yet!
I absolutely LOVE the cast recording tho, but the reason I haven't seen it is that my parents won't take me to see it. I'm only 16, so yeah. Hopefully this summer I'll go with my sister (who went to see it with her college.. so not fair)

Still haven't seen it either - even though I go to NYC 1-2 times a month, we have been busy seeing other shows. I really really feel like I'm missing out by not seeing this one though..

yeah but, everytime I tried to buy tickets , they were sold out and everytime I asked for tickets for an event I'd get something else ahhhhhhhh. I know I know andy hehe you can beat me up in the school yard aha! ps last mon, i had an excuse!! portland jew friend we talked about wanted to see "that" show HAHA! He is a musician and fell in love with the band.

I have not seen it and I live in New York and go to see a play or a musical at least once every two weeks if I can. My mom won't take me until its half price. We go so often that she refuses pay full price everytime. I really really really want to see it. I have the soundtrack and practically know all the words already, but I still have not seen the show. Yes it sucks to be me, jk.
