Has anyone been able to stage door after a performance when Billy Joe was doing the show. Wanted to see if he came out afterwards to sign for fans? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

there was an ENORMOUS crowd and media and cameras tonight (Sunday 1/3 7 p.m. show) after the show out there. No idea why - it looked like an opening.
It's a nightmare. People screaming and pushing. Middle aged mothers asking BJA to sign their body.

I've seen videos on YouTube of him signing things on the way to his car. He doesn't make an effort to get everybody, though. You have to be one of the people up against the barricades if you want him to sign antyhing.

This is a shame and why I don't even want to go see American Idiot with BJA because I won't get to see the other brilliant actors who don't get the proper greeting/enthusiasm they deserve.

^ that isn't exactly true. I was there yesterday and most of the cast came out and signed. Sure they didn't get to everyone, but most of them did stop and sign and I saw plenty of people taking pictures with cast members. If you're outside of the BJA craziness, you'll be fine.

I agree. Billie Joe is definitely not the only attraction. The other cast members are spending lots of time with fans as well, signing and taking photos.
