Has anyone been to a show at ART? I'm making plans to go see Finding Neverland next month. Any recommendations on seating? Is the stage up high, making the first few rows uncomfortable?

It's where I sat for The Tempest. I've been down in the front section for a lot of things, Glass Menagerie and Porgy & Bess, to name two. There are good things about it. I also like on the aisle about three or four rows up on either side in the main section.

Awesome, thank you! It looks like I may be able to get that first row after the break. Thanks for the suggestion!
Also, is there a stage door at the theater? Have you met anyone after the shows you've seen there?

I've sat in a bunch of locations, from the second row to the last row. They're all great seats. It depends on what configuration they use for the stage. I was in the second row for The Tempest last month, which had a normal raised stage, and the view was perfect.
I've never seen people looking for autographs, etc. after a show, but I did bump into Bryan Cranston at a nearby restaurant while we were getting brunch before a matinee for All the Way.

Not a bad seat in the house unless, of course a specific set design changes that. Its a great intimate space, and Cambridge is a sweet town, make sure you allow time to walk around.
