has anyone ever read these?? If so, do they have alot of good insight on set designs, etc.???

haven't read them-don't know where you're located,but if it's nyc,maybe you could check out the lincoln center library?

i have read both book and they are wonderful! the books are bascily interviews with famous set designers talking about the different shows they have designed and their design process. both books has lots of good pics!!! i hope this helps :)

don't own them. but I saw them in a store. I wanted to get them but was/am broke. they look pretty good.

These are definitely prime reads for any aspiring or proffesional set designers. They are interviews with the top in the industry and full of great photos and stuff too. I love these books and if you are pretty into set design i would recomend looking into them. They have them at most libraries if you aren't sure if you wanna buy them.
