An interesting RENT story I heard today
#0An interesting RENT story I heard today
Posted: 7/18/05 at 5:20pmSo at the end of theatre camp today, we were all gathered in a group and were talking about Rent coming to movie theatres. One of the instructors said that Anthony Rapp offerred him tickets to see the OBC of Rent. That was cool! Another interesting story was when some girl said that she and her friend saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the alarm went off and they had to wait outside for an hour. So that was part of my day lol.

Posted: 7/18/05 at 11:14pmToday at my first day of theatre camp, one of my teachers saw my RENT dog tag and got all exited and we had a deep conversation on the movie at the end of the day. That was the highlight of my day.

Wow, that is so interesting and quite a coincidence, I was given a ticket today by a cop while I was driving a RENT-a-car, and I had to wait an hour outside while the cop checked out my RAPP sheet, so I ate a CHOCOLATE bar and then the car ALARM went off! It is such an interesting and small world, don't you all think.

When I saw a (very excellent) college production of Sweeney, in toward the beginning of Act 2 the fire alarm went off and we had to wait outside for 45 minutes. Ah, the beauty of live theatre.

Posted: 7/19/05 at 6:42amWhen I saw a production of "The Who's Tommy" the fire alarm went off too. I think we had to wait outside for like 20 minutes or something. One of the instructors and I were talking about it and he said that the fire alarm also went off on opening night as well as closing night. Pretty weird.
