WHY IS THIS GIRL NOT ON BROADWAY!!!

The former Broadway "Annie," Andrea McArdle, portrays the guard and fee collector for Public Amenity No. 9, Penelope Pennywise with streetwise bravado, her lithe figure prowling the stage in knee-high granny boots and trim overalls, jutting her chin at townspeople pleading for leniency when short of change or when defying her boss-turned-nemesis. She has stage presence, secure vocal technique and a big sound, and — this is a compliment, too — is no scene-stealer but a real trouper, like all of the excellent leading cast and ensemble.

I could see her pulling off Miss Pennywise both vocally and acting-wise, but let's just say she is limited in the acting department.

We have to agree to disagree on that I think she
could do whatever she put her mind to..when was the last time
you saw her acting
