"Angela Lansbury singing the cut song "Love is Only Love" in the first piano runthrough of "Mame", composed by Jerry Herman. It was just before the fox hunt as Mame explained to Patrick (heard briefly) what love wasn't. Later used in the Streisand film of "Hello Dolly" where is was perhaps more appropriate. Remastered and cleaned (a lot) from the audio tape made by a producer in the house, by Tormented Artist Ink Studios'.

I loved the song in DOLLY, and I love it here. Herman's signature is so clear. And having never heard Lansbury's version, I'm moved by how beautifully it worked for Mame if sadly not for MAME.
