Does anyone have a discount code? I would love to see this but tickets are pretty pricey.

I think people are forgetting that the tickets are pricey because you are paying for BOTH parts. When you do the math, for example. The $99 rear mezzanine seats is actually for both performances, making each part a reasonable $50-ish plus fees.

True, but doesn't the next bracket jump to $198? (Illogically.) I was able to get a $99 seat during the presale but with fees it was around $125. The folks who avoided the TM fees are probably stuck with limited "cheap ticket" availability, hence the search for discount codes. Doesn't help that you can't buy each part separately, even though each ticket stub has the price as $49.50, meaning they potentially could be sold a la Harry Potter. Even if they do a rush/lottery, it seems like it'd be messy.

I’m looking at the very back of the orch (row V or W) vs. Mezz row H. What would be the better choice based on past experiences in the Neil Simon? Is the mezz better than rear orch?

$99 per part is a decent deal. Though I wonder if they’ll discount the mez even more, there’s a lot of availability up there at the moment.

I was also wondering about the last couple of rows in the orchestra. I thought about trading my seat in the rear mezz for one of those. I worried about the top of the stage being cut off by the overhang and though it might block the view of the angel. Has anyone sat down there in like row V or W?

A couple of months ago I got a Playbill discount code THM1. I had seen Angels In America Part 1 in London but didn’t get to see Part 2 . Tony Kushner was in Toronto Canada doing a talk for Pride and when I met him, he told me it was going to Broadway with almost the same cast. I went to the box office at the Neil Simon a half an hour prior to the performance and asked if THM1 would do anything to the price. I was told “Yes, I have 5th row center mezzanine for $99. I also just saw a PLAY2 discount code for purchasing on line. I don’t know if it works at the box office but it doesn’t hurt asking. Of course all discount codes may be void anytime the theater decides.
