She looks wonderful in UP IN THE AIR, I can't wait to see her. Her performance looks natural, subtle, funny, and organic...even though it won't happen, I'd love to see her win an Oscar for Supporting (sorry, so not on board with Mo'Nique).

I've seen both performances; I am still with Mo'Nique, but was very impressed with Anna. I think the fact that she is out there promoting the film (unlike Mo'nique) will "up" her chances; also it helps that the film is better received than Precious.
