I just watched Ella Enchanted on TV with my friend and we saw her sing Somebody to Love and wondered when she would headline a B'Way musical.

They tried to make her character solo in the chorus scene in Princess Diaries 1, but she threated to sing badly on purpose if they did. Hehe.

She performed "It's a Perfect Relationship" from BELLS ARE RINGING and "I Wonder What Became of Me" from ST.LOUIS WOMAN at an Encores! Concert Bash and her voice sounded remarkable in both numbers. I wonder if anyone here saw her in CARNIVAL.
I think she's charming on camera and rather versatile, one of the few young actresses that I think has a promising future in film.
They need to re-make GYPSY quickly so she can play Louise.

Apparently she's being considered for the NINE movie as Claudia.

And yes, she needs to play Louise.

I have loved Anne Hathaway for a long time. Such a talent with such a sweet voice.
