Hopefully the last (from me).....
If I go with my 8 yr. old daughter, and by some miracle we both win the lottery, can I buy 4 tickets and then call my wife and have her and my 8 year old son (yes they are twins) use 2 of the tickets?
Yes, you can. Just make sure, once again, to have cash for all four. That's the only thing I've seen them be really strict about.

If you really want to optomize your chances, I'd have your wife and other son enter.
If you're pulling for 4 tickets, and only have your 2 chances that have to win, it ain't gonna happen.
An eight year old can enter the lottery?
The rules are very lax during the week. Plenty of scattered seats to be had.

^ Ohhh yay! That might mean it won't have such a long run as I might have guessed.

Ya I do think there should be an age limit. I dont think you should enter if you dont have photo id.
If your a child with a parent, your parent's photo ID should be sufficient.
