Oh I didn't know latergram meant it was posted another day. Whoops then. But I could definitely tell that is Kelsey Grammer. And I could make out some of his face.

So Paul was on again tonight for Kelsey. He (Kelsey) is now out of the show from now on, but when Warlow goes on is still unknown, sometime later this week for sure. Warlow is listed in the program and company board already.

We literally do not know. They haven't made any kind of official announcement, they never even announced when Kelsey was leaving/left.
This whole thing is such a mess.

Well they DID in fact make an announcement towards the end of June saying that Anthony Warlow would be stepping in for Kelsey until September. The only crazy part they never announced was when Kelsey's final date was and when Anthony's first date was. They just said "mid-July". But in that press release they did in fact say latest Kelsey Grammer will be returning to the show on Tuesday, September 15th.

"Broadway and Australian stage vet Anthony Warlow will return to Broadway when he steps into the roles of "Charles Frohman" and "Captain Hook", beginning today, July 10. Warlow will remain in the show until September 13, when Kelsey Grammer, who originated the role on Broadway, returns as Captain of the pirate ship."

Today they just announced that Anthony is extending two more weeks and that Kelsey Grammer's return date is "postponed". Looks like my previous suspicions may be coming true. Does anyone know if Kelsey Grammer is actually returning to this production (if you know anyone connected to the show)? It seems very weird why he wouldn't be coming back without them finally just saying that he's officially not returning.

Grammar might be a draw for adults but most kids don't know who he is. I don't think it will make a huge difference in sales

I know, but I'll be bummed if he doesn't return. He sounds great on the soundtrack and I was looking forward to hearing him sing All of London is Here Tonight, Live By the Hook and do Stronger with Morrison. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed he'll come back after Warlow.

I am so happy about this. I didn't plan on seeing FN until Warlow was announced and was surprised how much I liked it. Semi-tempted to go back.
