Well, if Johanna's 16, it'd be kinda skeevy for her to fall in love with and marry someone over 21, wouldn't it? Maybe that's just me :-p

It would be really odd to have a 20 something year old to marry a 16 year old, but Anthony is a sailor and usually sailors aren't in their early teens, they are more in their later teens, early 20s.

It would be really odd to have a 20 something year old to marry a 16 year old, but Anthony is a sailor and usually sailors aren't in their early teens, they are more in their later teens, early 20s.

Right. That kid looks like someone in his late teens.
I'm just saying that since Johanna's so young, it makes sense for Anthony to look young as well. After all, he represents youthful optimism.

Posted: 2/1/07 at 5:07amwell... I'm more interested in how he sounds than how he looks but I don't think it can make much a difference... next to Depp, he'll probably sound like he belongs there. Anyway, I'm just glad Burton ran out of buddies to cast in the movie.
