I can't imagine anyone else filling his shoes. I was mezmerizing. It must be not long after Melanie leaves Chicago. As for the other "leads", he was the only lead...... Who noticed who else was on stage, when he was there.

It's going to be very interesting to know who will replace the leads and then how the show will continue. If they really want to record the show for a DVD (what I really hope) they have to do it soon before Laura is leaving. So Chita, Mary Stuart and Jane seem to continue until 2 November (wasn't that the official closing date for the original revival cast?) maybe even longer?!

I just heard that Mary Stuart is also leaving on October 5. This makes me very sad. Maybe they'll just forget about finding replacements to run through November 2 and say, "Screw this! Let's just close on October 5!"
Unless they get an amazing cast together and extend beyond November 2, which would make my year
