in the S3 opener, Karen who was infected with the zombie virus by Dev which caused that horrible Bollywood hallucination, finally cannot resist and starts infecting everyone. she is finally put to death while trying to bite Ivy, who smashes her in the eye with her stiletto heal. which freezes the rest of the cast from her dead eye spell.

When did it film? My local theater already has a concert date for Megan scheduled, April 2014. I assume there are many more unannounced dates.
