Ordered a week ago and still hasn't shipped, but have been charged. Anyone else experiencing a similar delay?

Give them a call. I find that they're very easy to deal with.
It even states on their webpage that they are running a few days behind on shipping orders.
I know it says that, but a few days does not a week make.
Then do what Dollypop says and give them a call. Surely you are not that helpless.
DOn't talk to me like that. Geez.
Besides, Captain Everything, they're closed today. :)
