No. He should be barred from ever performing in a musical again unless it is A LITTLE BIT COUNTRY/A LITTLE BIT ROCK AND ROLL: The Musical.

Never seen him in a musical, but I do like Donny. Much better pop voice than people give him credit for. Listen to George Michael and tell me he hadn't been a Donny fan for at least a little while.

I tend not to like performers who don't find my lifestyle acceptable.

No. He snores.

He was decently good when I saw him in Joseph. The man sings well, but I don't find him too "memorable." Does that makes sense?

Not to switch gears, but I'd like to see Foa as Joseph....

I think it's interesting that Donny mentions having suffered from panic attacks when performing and nearly had to drop out of Joseph because it became almost unbearable.

I hate to say I'm a fan by any stretch but I admire him for carving out a career after his Teen Idol days and keeping a great sense of himself as well.

He played Joseph here in Chicago for EVER and I loved his interviews where he'd reply to reporters who asked why he was in Chicago in Joseph for so long: "I need a job. This is a pretty darn good one." And while he is certainly a man of strong faith, I've never heard him saying anything bad about other folks.

Talent wise he seems all right. He's got a nice voice and wonderful presence. I can see him doing a tour of duty as the Wizard in Wicked. I'd love to see him play Billy Flynn but maybe that would be a bit much for his audience.

All around, Donny is OK by me!

Here's a link to a CBS News story on Donny's "Social Anxiety Disorder":

It's interesting.

Donny was my first broadway idol (sad as it may be). But his production in Joseph was my first professional show and it's what got me hooked on live theatre.

I have seen Donny Osmond in concert thrice... by choice!

Having started out in Joseph... myself, he was one of the first "Broadway Idols" I had to look up to.

I also have both of his "re-emergence" CDs.

I have never seen Donny Osmond perform live but from the recording I have of him potraying Joseph is great.

His "Close Every Door" on the Joseph...Dreamcoat recording still gives me chills but also makes me wonder why he delivers some of his songs the way he does. For example, he goes "soft" on some things that I would not sing softly as a performer.

Donny of the TIGHT pants on television. Dear lad.

I saw a preview of Little Johnny Jones and thought him quite the pro. He had to carry a lame production and did so without a lot of effort except in his energy level. He may be a showman--someone who truly likes performing.

And, oh those snug snug trousers!

What doesn't he like about your lifestyle? If you are talking about Latter Day Saints...I am a member...we think everyone has the right to choose how they live their life...we don't judge...each person will be judged by god at the end of their lives for their own choices.

I am a fan...not only was he pretty swell in JOSEPH in Boston several years ago when I was there, but he also (unbeknownst to me) visited my mom in the hospital.

Of course this now means my mother thinks I can call up anyone and just have them drop by for dinner, but it was still a nice thing for him to do.

Funny that you mention him. I actually just got back from his concert at The Orleans in Las Vegas.

I can't say that I am "fan" per se, but I have to say he put on quite the show. His voice has such strength and he soars in every way. He sang "Any Dream Will Do," "Seasons of Love," and "This is the Moment" from his broadway album and I actually appreciated the arrangements.

The women of the baby boom age were out in droves tonight. They flooded the stage area and flashes were blinding while watching the show. He still has his way with the ladies even after all of these years. He even grabbed the security guards hand away from the stage as the guard was attempting to usher them away from Donny.

In a recent interview (WHATS ON) it mentions that he may be making a broadway return. We'll see...
