amazon has a listing for it with a release date of 5/31/11.
The picture and editorial review are from the Lupone revival, but I think it is indeed the Sutton Foster cast recording.

I think it is just a re-release of the LuPone recording. A lot of other cast recordings are being reissued. Probably just different packaging and remastering.

tazber:
Sony has been re-releasing some in print and out of print CDs for the past couple of years in the new cardboard "eco-pack" sleeves. They usually release 10 or so at a time, usually not remastered or with new bonuses (except in certain cases, like the 50th anniversary "Gypsy" and the Mary Martin "Sound of Music", which both contained new bonus tracks. Also a few releases has had different cover art, like the Mary Martin "Peter Pan" which was re-released with the original "green" artwork.)
In case anyone is wondering, the batch of re-released eco-pack CDs being released on 5/31 is:
"Damn Yankees" (1955 OBC)*this release will have the original green cover
"Anything Goes" (1987 Broadway Revival w/ Patti)
"And the World Goes 'Round" (1991 off-Broadway cast)
"Into The Woods" (1987 OBC)
"Once On This Island" (1990 OBC)
"Fosse" (1999 OBC)
"The Secret Garden" (1991 OBC)*this release I heard will have a slightly different booklet with some new production photos
"Merrily We Roll Along" (1981 OBC)
"Sunday In The Park With George" (1984 OBC)
"Pacific Overtures" (1976 OBC) (which means they will probably never re-master "Pacific Overtures" now, like Sony did with Sondheim's other CDs)
I hope this helps.
Anyway, back on topic, the only way I see this being released is if the producers record it and get Ghostlight or PS Classics (though probably Ghostlight, since Sutton has a deal with them already), to release it, since it seems like the other "major" lables have passed. Chances may get bumped if Sutton and the show win a slew of Tony Awards (which looks pretty likely), but that's still no guarantee (see the 2004 revival of "La Cage Aux Folles", which won the Tony and Drama Desk for Revival of a Musical).
