I don't know how I feel about this at all. I'm not one of those people who hates all movie based musicals on principle but this one I'm very iffy about. For me one of the best things about the film is the score. In my opinion, you cannot have Somewhere in Time without that John Barry score. It's almost as if staging Star Wars or Indiana Jones without the classic Williams scores. The score is what makes the film.
Besides, I always hated the film's ending.
