Has anyone sat in a box at the Belasco theater. I think they are all partial view
Is your ticket marked partial view? If it is, then they are; if it is not, then it should not be. That said, the boxes at the Belasco are not good seats, though you do have the advantage of being able to move and lean a bit. You can look online and find a view from the seats at the extreme side balcony that show the boxes. There are definitely parts of the usable stage that would be occluded but without knowing the set design and staging, it would be impossible to guess the extent of the effect. If as it appears you already have these tickets then relax and enjoy the show, most of which I am certain will be played relatively down and center, for which the boxes should not be bad. If you had not acquired the seats already I would recommend aginst them unless there was no choice.
As a general rule, all box seats are partial view. They were never intended to have full views of the stage, they were meant for the person sitting in them to be seen by the audience.
