I've seen that some occasionally do that... And thanks in advance saving me opening 60+ show ticket calendars...

Starting April 3, Cinderella, Mamma Mia, and Phantom of the Opera will be having Thursday matinees. Also starting in May, Matilda will be having Thursday matinees.

According to a special offer on Audience Rewards, Cinderella, Mamma Mia!, and The Phantom of the Opera will have Thursday matinees.

"Beginning April 3, a dazzling trio of Broadway's biggest hits proudly introduces a new afternoon performance time: Thursday Matinees at 2:00. This new day and time means more choice and flexibility for your schedule, and the opportunity to fit even more Broadway shows in your calendar. Weekday matinees: they're not just for Wednesdays anymore!"

You can also find matinees on those days when they take off other days that week for a holiday.

July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.

Now t/d/b/a haterobics on here.

On Telecharge, you can pick the date you want to see show and it will come up with a little sun image to indicate whether there are matinees on that Thursday or Friday.

Off Broadway, "Musicals Tonigh!" does 2pm Friday matinees for its shows, which run for about 2 weeks each, it seems. Also, through March 23, there is a 5pm show on Fridays called "Riding the Midnight Express" at St. Luke's Theatre.

Hope that info helps a bit!
