Are you talking about the stage version of the movie?
If so..I didn't know that Yeston wrote it! (Is that right?)
I remember reading the reviews from it's Chicago run which were not very kind. They seemed to like Greg Edelman as Arthur(I believe that he met Carlee during this show).
Don't know about a full recording but I know that a song or two were recorded on those "Lost In Boston" CD's.

Posted: 6/23/04 at 2:00pmGreg met CAROLEE during the Goodspeed run of ARTHUR. I could be wrong but I don't believe that it was written by Maury Yeston.

Posted: 6/23/04 at 2:38pmTwo of the creators of Arthur, The Musical (and Personals), David Crane and Marta Kauffman, went on to create a little show on NBC called "Friends".

And Skloff wrote the "Friends" theme song!
I saw "Arthur" at the Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre (outside Chicago). One problem with it was that they used much of the movie dialogue verbatim, so I literally heard the people in the row in front of me saying the punchlines to the jokes along with the actors. Also, Arthur's first song sounded like the melody was lifted directly from Bert Bachrach's movie score (the lyrics were "Fun - itn't this fun - isn't fun the best thing to have?").
The creators were very lucky that FRIENDS was a hit, so they didn't have to earn a living writing musicals.
By the way, I like many of the songs from PERSONALS.
