I am not sure what the presale code is, but I bought my tix and paid full price(they are not too expensive though), and will be seeing the show next week! Can't wait to see this fantastic show filled with drama and passion, and a score like no other.

That's just a prepro shot of Aspects of Love. It looks nothing like Mutiny.

I'm counting the minutes, the score is gorgeous!
I found this clip of Sarah Brightman and a very handsome singer on the Johnny Carson Show, promoting "Aspects" in the 90's.
They sing "There Is More To Love" and "Seeing Is Believing":

Posted: 9/3/11 at 3:51amWhen I was 11 or so I saw the Robin Phillips production when it premiered in Edmonton--I think it was the first production after the Nunn one, and eventually it toured North America with Sarah Brightman. I remember being astounded by it, though since then I've realized how silly some of it is. Still, it holds a lot of affection with me.

They do look pretty similar...
It seems that "Aspects" will have an important production and Jennifer Hope Wills said there will be ALOT of tech involved in the show.

I think the previous poster was saying that the actual production itself looks nothing like Mutiny and that the promo shot did not accurately reflect the look of the actual show.
IIRC, there are a large number of fast set changes in the show, which is probably why there is a lot of tech. I'm interested in seeing how they handle this in the show.

Posted: 9/4/11 at 6:44amI saw the Trevor Nunn revival of Aspects in London last year - Michael Arden starred - and can't imagine a better production. Alas, though, the show just sits there reprising "Love Changes Everything" until, in the second act, when the two men begin predatorially circling the teenage girl, it becomes positively creepy.

Posted: 9/4/11 at 11:49amI'm seeing it on Oct. 23 (the last performance). Aspects was the first Broadway show I saw, and I still listen to the OCR regularly. I hope that someday ALW will work with collaborators to fix the book and lyrics, because the music has always captivated me.

Posted: 9/4/11 at 1:04pmHate to hang the black crepe but I saw the final dress before Bway previews began and was bored senseless. It wasn't nice of me not to go back and see it once it had opened but, argh, what a slog.

I have an extra ticket for Wednesday if anyone's interested. Only 20 dollars! The show is basically sold out, so it's a good deal.

Posted: 9/6/11 at 1:48amWait, really? Almost sold out? I've been thinking about going since I really want to see Charlie Hagerty. Crap.

Posted: 9/6/11 at 3:20amThey actually have some more blocks available now, but yes, the run seems to be about an 80% sold by now, mostly because of the suscribers.

Posted: 9/6/11 at 9:11pmI'm going this Saturday, to the matinee! I don't know this show at all (besides the title song) so I am really excited. I hope it is done well.

Posted: 9/6/11 at 9:21pmHah wow I said that without thinking. I meant "Love Changes Everything", don't know why I said that. Probably just meant what I have heard is the most popular song from it.
