Posted: 5/24/04 at 6:27pmSeeing Assassins on 5/29 and I'm wondering how long it takes for the cast to come out of the stage door. Are they usually quick getting out? Since the show is less than 2 hrs (give or take) I was thinking of going to that door and then over to Wicked to get autographs from that cast. Is that a good idea/plan? Has anyone ever done that?

er... i doubt if you can do both, youd only have about a half hour for everyone to leave assassins and another five to make it over to wicked. you could try, but itll be close. its probably safer to do the stage door of a matinee for one, and the stage door at night for the other.

Posted: 5/24/04 at 6:33pmThe crowds at Wicked are much more aggressive then those at Assassins, just keep that in mind.

Oh yeah...
Duh, I forgot that you would actually have to build in time for the 'Assassins' folks to come out. Then it's a little tighter.

Posted: 5/24/04 at 8:16pmThe two times I've waited at Assassins there was virtually no one there. The show is an hour and 45 minutes with no intermission and the actors usually come out about 20-30 minutes afterward. I think Ann L. Nathan is always the first one out. :) I don't know about matinees though.
