I’m making my theater plans for an early January trip and when browsing available shows I noticed that Assassins is completely sold out, and there’s basically no availability on stubhub or seatgeek. Is this just a particularly hot ticket? Are there any sites I should keep an eye on for tickets as my trip approaches?

Check the website like a week to 10 days out and tickets should pop up. Someone else on here was looking for a ticket on 11/13 and a few showed up a week prior.

I was just in NY for a November theater trip and I was looking for weeks, maybe even months trying to see if Assassins tickets would pop up but it just kept showing as sold out. While I was in New York, I looked at tickets and there were two pairs of tickets available for the following night which I purchased immediately. There isn't a bad seat in that theater, it is very intimate. I also noticed at least 6 empty seats when I attended so not really sure what's going on, if there are last minute cancelations etc. You can also try the digital lottery.

I was there yesterday and saw people walk right up to the box office and buy tickets without issue. Also, there were about 4-6 empty seats during the matinee.
