I've noticed that in all of the audience rewards presales I have participated in all of the front row of the mezzanine is unavailable. Is this because it just happens that the entire front row of the mezz has been bought or does it not go on sale until tickets go on sale for the general public?

Probably means they are gauging demand before determining premium seat pricing. Or just holding it for premium and not making that available in the presale for whatever reason.

I was able to get 3rd row orchestra but a lot of seats seemed to be unavailable.
