So today I remembered that I had an Audience Rewards account and saw that they have $48 Fun Home tickets - has anyone purchased tickets to the show using the service? Is it reliable?

I've used it to get tickets to several shows (such as Bring it On, Motown, After Midnight, and On the Town) and never had a problem. Once, a show I purchased a ticket for was cancelled and the points and my money were refunded within 2-3 hours. All that to say: it's a very way to get tickets, and the customer service is awesome.

I purchase tix all the time- very reliable and great seats! Usually row L, M, N on aisle. I have seen about 5 shows just this summer with my points. Totally worth it!

I cashed in 10000 points for a free ticket and got a front row center seat. GREAT deal. Don't know about the $48 seats.

Well I took a gamble and did it - truly the only way I would see the show as the lottery wasn't happening - and I got orchestra F 120.
never been to the theatre, so I have no idea.

Thank you all for your responses! Honestly I just had a ton of points that added up and it's a Fun Home, so I don't think I can go wrong with a ticket that costs less than dinner!
