^C'est Moi is a great idea. If you want something more Frumpishly mean-spirited, obnoxious, and ineptly Machiavellian, you might want to consider "Fiasco," Rene Auberjonois's big number from COCO, for which he won the tony. But C'est Moi is likely to make more of an impression.
