Yeah, she tends (now) to land on her hands towards the end just before her feet go down. Which could be VERY bad. Every time I see her do it, I hold my breath, hoping it's not the time she comes down wrong and snaps a wrist (or two). It really needs to be either a full cartwheel with hands down the whole time they should be or a full ariel. Just for her own health.
LOVE the performance though!! :)
And Mattbrain ~ if you think the video of "Old Maid" is god, you should see her now. She's continuing to improve it and up the ante on her performance. (Which is one of the reasons I'd hoped she might squeak out a win...she's not content to just let the character stay.)

Posted: 6/11/07 at 11:31amAw I loved Audra's performance. Unfortunately, I have never seen her perform on Broadway, but I hope to someday. I just loved that performance- so cute, touching, and heart-felt. A true class act.
