I tried!
I bought the CD right after it came out and sold it shortly thereafter. I rushed the tour once and didn't really see what the big deal was, but I rushed again just to be sure. Yeah. Not my kind of show. The cast was fantastic but the material and score just didn't interest me. I didn't find the subject matter offensive; I just didn't see why everyone around me was howling with laughter when I could just manage a smile. Eh, oh well.
