ah. thanks theatrefan. hmm. i definitely like what i hear on this. but the sound quality seems kind of poor from the audio...

anyone who has seen the show have any input...?

john, the sound quality would vary based on the venues set-up. that clip was from a syracuse talk show, so i am unsure. the sound was great in buffalo. the clip sounded fine to me

I absolutely loved the show! The whole cast was brilliant, especially Lisa Helmi & Jackie Grabois.

My only complaint is that Jason Heymann's Nicky voice would on occasion turn into his Bear voice.

I thank TheaterFan4 for convincing me to go.

Out of over a hundred tours of this type I have seen, this cast was near the top of the list. EXCEPTIONAL. Band was excellent as well. Production values were top, top notch for non-eq.

But I HATED it on Bway, particularly because of Tartaglia and Harada's cloying performances - P.S. I dealt with all the grief 4 years ago making that statement so please save it this time! - and thought then that WICKED was a better musical in every way, though neither is anything beyond "good" or anywhere near "great." Still hate the show and actually I find the score and book even WEAKER on this return visit.

Wicked wins. And it says A LOT that WICKED - of ALL shows - is the better show... not a lot of other shows I can think of would I include on THAT list besides THOU SHALT NOT - and even then!

I just read that Brent Michael DiRoma is only 20 years old. What a remarkable talent! We'll be seeing lots more from him in the future I'm sure.
