Avenue Q licensing question

Avenue Q seems to be available through both Samuel French and MTI.
But, Samuel French lists no upcoming shows and MTI has dozens of them.
Why would the license be available from 2 different companies?
And is it really available from Samuel French?
I don't see them restricting them to professional productions or only international productions that might differentiate them.

Ok, I didn't actually press the button "Request License."
Which then gives you information to go to MTI.
Under the price on the webpage I was looking at it says. "Licensing fees and rental materials quoted upon application."
