Posted: 2/24/06 at 10:37pmI saw Avenue Q on Thursday night for the 1st time and I have a question about the cast. It says that there were two ensemble members, however I never saw them. Are they backstage the whole time??? What's their roles/parts???
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Posted: 2/24/06 at 10:42pmYes the Ensemble members spend most time backstage helping to perform Mrs. T and the multiple Trekkies among others. During the Money song, they run into the Mezzanine with Princeton and Nicky.
Dean: Can I tell you something?
Lorraine: That depends on what it is.
Dean: I think you're really really pretty.
Lorraine: (after a pause) Ok, you can tell me that.

Posted: 2/24/06 at 10:45pmThey come out during "The Money Song" in the mezzaine to collect money. The emsemble also acts as Trekie Monster during "The Internet is for Porn".

Posted: 2/24/06 at 10:50pmWo, I totally had no clue they bring puppets into the mezzanine at all during the show. I've always been in the orchestra. That's so cool!

Posted: 2/25/06 at 1:54amWhen I saw it on Broadway I had to get mezz seats. Felt so cool and suprised when they came...I felt like an idiot giving a dollar. Then I foung out it was for charity and when I saw it in vegas I gave five at each show.

Posted: 2/25/06 at 8:26amI didnt the first time, but the second time I gave a metro card to Christmas Eve, and when J. Tart did the Joke, Ann Harda said, I got one too, you want to go on trip? SO FUNNY!
