So, Meg isn't sick. She was seen at the Comedy Cellar last night. So she's been blowing off the show. Is there a possibility the producers fire her?

If Meg is out long-term, it does put the show in a bit of a bind if either Hannah or Jackie get sick, too. They'd likely have to cancel unless they can call in a former Mary or call in Jenn Harris to return.
